About a book

Questions about a book you are making, one you have been invited to add to, or an order that has already been placed: hello@theirsandours.com.

If you are trying to get back to a book you started, you may not need us at all — find your book from your email address.

About your data

To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted: privacy@theirsandours.com. We answer within thirty days, and usually much sooner. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy notice.

If you have contributed to someone else’s book and want your contribution removed, you can write to us directly — you do not have to ask the person who invited you.

Something has gone wrong

A photograph that will not upload, a link that will not open, a printed book that arrived damaged: hello@theirsandours.com. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include the link you were using if you still have it.
