If you’ve already ordered a book, the board stays open. New memories can go into a later edition.

Most family photographs are smaller than a printer would ideally like, and that is completely normal. A photograph is never rejected for being small, and it is never enlarged to fake detail it doesn’t have.

Where it matters is cropping. When you zoom into a photograph, the editor stops you at the point where it would start to look soft and tells you that’s why. You can go past it if you want to — the limit is there to inform you, not to overrule you.

What we don’t do is flag photographs at upload. In a real family album most of them would be flagged, which helps nobody.

There’s no deadline you can miss. You decide when the book is ready — after a month, after a year, or whenever enough has gathered. If you’ve set a date for contributions to close, you can change it.

Yes. You approve the book before anything is ordered — you’ll see the finished pages exactly as they’ll print, and you can keep editing until you’re happy. Nothing is sent to the printer until you confirm.

The board is included for 10years. Before that ends, we’ll contact the organiser with options to keep it online, download everything, create a printed edition, or close the board. We will never remove a memorial board without notice.

Yes. The organiser can download the board archive at any time, including photos, videos, messages, contributor names, and dates added.

Yes. Before the included period ends, you can extend the board. We’ll show the available options well in advance.
